I once went out with him when I was living in Korea. Nakata, the Beckham of Japan. A girl from my tv show, who was Japanese asked me to come and hang with her friend who was visiting. I walk in to the Izakaya, sit down next to him and beginning conversing. I ask where he got his British accent from and he replied, “I used to work there playing football”. Never did I know that this was NAKATA until I asked my Japanese friend the next day if he knew of him, and he nearly passed out.
Fun times.
